Book On Buying Real Estate By Farangs In Thailand

I hope some of you learned posters can help me out. I have done searches here and can not pick up a thread on this book.

I am sure I saw it mentioned here that a local expat of many years and much experience had written a book on the various ways you can buy different types of real estate in Thailand and the good and ban points for each method.

Does anyone know the book and where can I get a copy?

if it is the book i think you are talking about it is available in Bookazine /Asia Books . There is another one about building a house in Thailand which also covers the subject altho not to tthe same deapth. I can't think of the exact names or the authors without digging out the copies i have.
