February 7, 201115 yr I need to have a certificate translated to thai. Is there any translator in Kalasin? regards, Ben
February 8, 201115 yr Does your certificate also have to be notarised? If so the I would suggest using Isaan Lawyers, although they are in Korat, they do travel around Isaan quite a bit or do it over email and post. HL
February 8, 201115 yr There is a Thai man who has an house & office across the road / soi from the Motor Vehicle Office.... I used him for translations prior to applying for my Yellow House Book... He provided good service and each translation had some type of Thai stamp on it, which I was told said that the translation was "Official"... He also speaks and teaches English and has for many years here in Kalasin... There is a large sign in Thai on the front of the house, which I assume reads "English Lessons" or something like that.... February 9, 201115 yr Thank you! I guess the Motor Vehicle Office is where I got my driving licence? Ben Yes, across the road, and actually down just a bit further than the Vehicle Office... It is one of the last houses on the other side, before you get to another Thai Gov. Office of some kind... If you have a Thai with you, they should see the sign without problems... Pianoman
