Fromax (Tamsulosin)

I have been taking Cardura for 3 years now and think that maybe it is not as effective as it used to be for Prostate problems with its ingredient Doxasosin

I notice that the drug Fromax with a different ingredient of Tamsulosin is supposed to have the same effect as the Cardura..ie to enlarge the ureatha and provide mild high blood pressure decrease.

So was wondering about switching a seeing if its effect was an improvement.

I can understand the body becoming more used to the Cardura and losing effect and so another drug with a differnt structure might be advatageous.

Is anyone using this??
