zydeco
What! You mean you want an entire channel that might show an NBA game or two per week? How could you possibly expect such a thing? That might crowd out watching English soccer, Spanish soccer, Italian soccer, German soccer, and probably Paraguayan soccer every night of the week, and nobody could allow that to happen. We might also even miss important events in rugby, cricket, billiards, and paint drying contests.
steelepulse
I'm getting tired of watching games on the computer!
jfchandler
NBA Playoffs start tonight.... but not on TrueVisions, of course... ESPN Asia on True is entertaining folks with the WORLD OF GYMNASTICS 2011 and the CHINESE BADMINTON SUPER LEAGUE... Woo hoo!!! NBA TV broadcast schedule for the playoffs is located here: http://www.nba.com/2011/playoffs/2011/04/13/schedule/index.html?ls=iref:nbahpt2 Needless to say, not going to be watching TrueVisions much in the near future. PS - Steele, you know, if you have any kind of video out jack on your PC (VGA or otherwise), you can hook it up to any TV that has almost any kind of video input jacks.... Just need to get the right cable with the appropriate connections on each end. I have a Wifi laptop sitting next to my bedroom television, and they play great together. jEFFREYk44
I have it on good word that the NBA is in final stages of signing a TV deal with Truevisions and there should be alot of NBA on TV starting in a month or so. Also have good source the NBA will be doing their first ever EVENT here in May,...IO think it will be a legends game or something, will be held on the Plaza of Central World and will run as a joint promo with something from Chelsea EPL.... In the meantime...HOME RUN, Sukhumvit Soi 31 has NBA. Tomorrow morning (FRI 18th) there is a GREAT game on at 8:00 AM....Derrick Rose and his upstart Chicago Bulls take on Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs who have the best record in the NBA. As it is a holiday we will open early, serve some great brekkies and show the game. Check out our face book fan page for details http://www.facebook.com/pages/Home-Run-Bar-Grill-Bangkok/107675352627100 How many of the playoff games will you be getting? Where do you have parking? Can you post a menu om Facebook?
jfchandler
Looks like three of the four NBA playoff games tonight will be streamed online via ESPN3, for those who can access it. Pacers v Bulls starting at midnight local time Hawks v Magic starting at 6 am Sun local time Trail Blazers v Mavericks starting at 8:30 am Sun local time... The odd-out game is the 76ers v. Heat televised on the ABC network starting at 2:30 am Sunday local time. None of them anywhere to be found on TrueVisions....
