A friend wants to come visit the USA for about 3 weeks this winter. He is thai, 32, and has a stable job, good income, some money in the bank, and a place to stay while he is here. He successfully was issued two visas when he was younger to visit the USA, but a third time he applied, shortly after graduating college, he was rejected. Now, 10 years later, he wishes to visit again and doesn't want to get rejected. Anybody have experience with this and able to help?
