jimmym40
I have a bottle or two of Vit B12. I don't want to sound dumb, but what is sublingual B12?
Puccini
"sublingual" means a tablet that you place under your tongue and let it dissolve there.
Camelot
Sublingual --- administered under the tongue. I order mine from Life Extension in the US (lef.org). Methylcobalamin is widely available here, but I've never seen the sublingual version.
Puccini
Unfortunately, www.mims.com does not allow a search by mode of administration and you would have to go through 21 pages of vitamin B12 and combinations therewith to find out if there is a vitamin b12 sublingual tablet. You could ask at a big pharmacy but I doubt that it is available in Thailand.
