hammered 170
Are the requirements for a Thai business to employ a foreigner who already has a work permit the same as for asking for a new work permit to be issued? I understand a second place of employment can be added to an existing work permit. I hope this is the proper forum for this question and apologise if it is not. Sunbelt Asia 36
The requirements for the company regarding capitalization and number of employees are the same when applying for a second work permit, however the first employer must issue a letter on their letterhead allowing the second employer to be added to their work permit. http://www.sunbeltlegaladvisors.com
