arnoldjr Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 i am currently staying at amata city industrial estate in rayong province and looking for a proper gym to use. the one at the hotel i am in has only up to 30 lbs dumbells. looking for something with at least an olympic bar and power cage or some type of squat rack and a flat/incline benches.any one know if a place like this exists? and im not looking to go into pattaya everyday since that is one hour round trip on its own. spud1 Posted February 13, 2011 Share Posted February 13, 2011 There are 3 fitness centers that I know of in Rayong city.One is private and situated at the golf driving range,but you would have to pay an annual fee,one at the Star Plaza but expensive at 500 baht a session.The best one at 100baht is the sports center that is situated in the middle of a housing estate,unfortunately I cannot remember the name.
