Nanny/Registered Nurse?

I need to find a nanny fairly quickly. I have read somewhere that there are companies that provide this type of service. Finding a decent nanny appears to be a nightmare.

If there's a company that can provide I'm willing to pay for it - any suggestions WHERE I can get hold of a company like this?

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
