I want to ship two new phones from Germany to THailand but I am worried they get lost or i have to pay extreme amounts of customs duty.

Anybody knows a reliable cheap way to ship? Which carriers?

you will have to take them out of any packaging and better to put a German sim card inside.. customs will charge you tax if they think that those are new, send them EMS.. just make sure they do not look like new.. send any packaging seperately..

but if i write mobile phone on it maybe it get stolen?

should i send signed for?

I sent a second hand mobile from UK to a friend in BKK (Minburi) from the normal UK post office a few months ago.

I did not put 'phone' on the discription, I put 'gift' I did not send it signed for, just basic airmail package.

It was not in the orginal box, I just bubble wrapped it.

She got it OK and arrive fairly quick.
