Does anybody have any tips on finding some off road 4x4 activities in Chiang Mai area - perhaps including Pai ( 1- 2 days)

Expecting to get dirty / muddy - so really 4x4 not just gravel roads.

Last time I did see a few radical 4x4 on one of the major roads heading east towards Doi Inthanon - does anybody know this place or contact info?

Can't help you, but I do know my landscape guy did a 5 day trip from CM to Mae Hong Song. He said it was really beautiful. He went with a 4x4 club. You might try poking around one of those stores that sells high end stuff to these guys and see if they have any outings???
