Anyone else heard this? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was told by officials at Nong Khai some 6 months ago that they were working on it and we would be informed when implemented. Still nothing when I was up there a few weeks ago.

Heck I offered to set it up for them 9 months ago and even offered all the assistance they needed and the gentlemen never had the courtesy to reply to my emails. That seems to be a bad trait amongst people in Thailand! Not repsonding to email that is.
