English pedophile caught by Immigration Police.

Pedophilia involving foreigners is still all-too common here in Pattaya. Police divisions are doing their best to suppress this disturbing crime. We attended the Pattaya Immigration Center in Soi 8 over the weekend after officers had detained one such suspected pedophile. This is Mr. Andrew Nicholas aged 58 from England. Evidence of his illegal activity was also presented to the gathered press including two video movies taken by the suspect and explicit photographs showing naked young boys which are also believed to have been taken by the suspect. Immigration Officers also arrested a Thai man, Khun Brajuap aged 51 who was believed to be acting as a pimp for the young boys. He would charge Mr. Nicholas 500 Baht for every sex session. 100 Baht would go the agent and the rest would go the boys aged between 12 and 15. Four of the boys caught up in this case were also present and identified the suspected pedophile and confessed to working for Khun Brajuap. Mr. Nicholas has been charged with conducting sexual relations with minors and is expected to be deported back to England where, under new laws, he will be tried for the crime.

I thought these new laws were introduced so that people committing this type of crime could not escape justice by fleeing the country.

In this case the man has committed a serious crime in Thailand and has been arrested in Thailand. Surely better that he answer to Thai justice.

Unfortunately England has a world-wide reputation for being soft on criminals, even despicable people like this. :o

No worries even to hardened criminals - worst scum of the earth are pedophiles. (he'll be sorted)

i agree in thailand he will get his just deserts

in england he would get a seperate cell, on a wing that houses similar, get day trips out, three meals a day, and to top that if he's a good boy out to do the same in 5 years. and if he is really lucky he might get a lord or member of paliament to champion his cause and tell the general public how barbaric and unsimpathetic we are.

i hope he gets his justice where he commited his crime

Paedophilia is even more common among Thais - it's called incest.

But affects young girls more than young boys.

Why don't the police crack down on that?

It is the same in Jamaica where the fathers view (often not the natural father) is that he is paying hard cash to feed and clothe this child so he deserves to get something out of it.

Pristine farangs have to get it it into their heads that this kind of behaviour ia actually the cultural norm in these third world societies where family economics is completely outside their comprehension and pussy at all levels is a major currency.

So unless the farang wants to start putting his hands in his pocket and support the worlds impoverished mothers as he already does in his home country, he doesn't stand much chance of imposing his, for the the poor third world, artifical moral standards or the inevitable spin offs such as the availability of child sex to farangs. However noble and desirable this may be.

Think they were introduced to stop people using the "pay 200,000 baht get out of jail" card in Thailand :o

Although this law has been passed it has yet to be tested in the court.

It is a very dubious bit of legislation.

I wonder about the cost of flying witnesses to the UK for the trial, and whether

the evidence would be seen as freely given?

Who would not say whatever was required to get a free trip across the world???

They should start castrating this type of filth...

I have heard thais refer to pedpholia as a "falang thing" and never heard them admit their own indulge in it to.Although this is typical thai mentality, farangs obviously have access to more hard cash, therefore are seen to rape a wider varity of children.

Pedophiles of any nationality should be given more punishiment than just jail at the taxpayers expense..

At last a foolproof way of getting a visa for your Thai girlfriend, at least if shes under 15 and required in a UK court for her sexual dalliances with another English paedeophile.

Funny! but typical.
