stumonster Posted September 13, 2005 Share Posted September 13, 2005 A bit of a discussion on Slashdot concerning the state of play with WiMax has some interesting points and links to further reading. http://ask.slashdot.org/askslashdot/05/09/...l?tid=193&tid=4 there was an article in the new straits times recently discussing malaysia's intentions to utilise this tech , as it removes the cost of having to lay copper wire to the door , and considering thailands POTS infrastructure in the country ,when one of the teleco's realises they can make cash it will surely be instituted in thailand.
