And many like being "harassed" by ladyboys. So back to the op's question, no, I don't think they need to be regulated.

I have never found them to be a problem; many of them are prettier than any of the other girls I see on Walking Street; and they make great nitetime companions :whistling:

So I say leave them unregulated :lol:
