Does anyone know if there is anywhere in town that rents power tools, machines, etc.? Specifically I want to rent a wet/dry shop vacuum if it is possible. I've given up on finding anyone who can clean, shampoo and deodorize our couches and matching chairs and will do it myself if I can get my hands on a wet/dry vac.!

A long time back there was a tread and the location for a tool rental was between Carrefour and Makro on the slip road. going towards Makro.

Thanks for that gotlost. I just dug up an old thread that mentioned 'United Rentals' on the Lamphun Road. But there are about 3 Lamphun Roads and without more specific directions it seems like a waste of time.

Just out of curiosity. would buying one not be tghe answer. Last time I looked in Canada they were fairly cheap.
