Advertising Sales Manager

An advertising and marketing business based in Bangkok is looking for an experienced sales manager. This is a very special and rare opportunity, rewarded with a very significant equity share (up to 30%, based on a number of targets being achieved) for the right candidate; this is not a standard job advert.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales, mainly through direct meeting with customers, and will have significant expertise in this field. Other skills in general business management would be beneficial, but not essential. The candidate must be a driven self starter, willing to work hard and irregular hours, in order to build yours and the companies' future.

To give some general background, the development costs and network of this business have been born by the present directors,but their time and business commitments in other provinces of Thailand means they are not able to fully drive this business forward. They are however available and willing to assist in every way with the business development and have very considerable experience of growing businesses in Thailand.

This position would suit a driven sales professional with several years of experience in media sales, while also being someone looking for more than a job and looking to settle long term in Thailand, as the potential rewards are a large equity stake for the future. There is no upfront costs to this opportunity but until reasonable and achievable targets have been met (exact details will be discussed at interview) the successful candidate will be expected to cover their own living costs in Bangkok.
