Retirement Visa

Recommended Posts

The simple answer is NO. You cannot get a "O-A" long-stay visa or retirement extension of stay unless you are at least 50 years old.

The not so simple answer is YES if you actually are asking about visa. You can - at least at some consulates - get a multi-entry non-immigrant visa for the purpose of checking out retirement options even if you are only 49.
