I don't seem to have much luck with yahoo mail weither its on ubuntu ( linux ) or my android phone or even windows 7 yahoo mail seems to be doing

1. Constantly either in loading or waiting....

2. stuck downloading messages

3. Doesn't download messages at all

4. Freezes

5. The process of attaching a document has become slow even when I have a really good internet connection.

This is just my opinion but ever since yahoo gave its search engine or search deal to microsft I can no longer see how yahoo will remain in business, this goes hand in hand with its yahoo mail then maybe. I'm not trying to be negative but to many poor experiences for me makes me think yahoo mail will at some point in time just close down. Look forward to all your responses

I use Yahoo mail every day and have done so for many years now, never had any issues really, yes I have had the odd instance but I think you would get that with almost all services but I havnt experienced ANY real problems with any aspect.

BUT in the last week LOADS of problems getting error 999 when trying to go from welcome page to my mail box. On some occasions impossible to read my mail.

For these errors if you do not have a virus or malware you should change your email server for yahoo. You do this under your account settings by going to 'my account' tab in email.Then in your account settings in the section account settings look for Set langauge site and time zone and change it t yahoo asia - which is english. Do not choose yahoo Thai unless you can read thai. This helped me, if this didn't help, then download spybot search and destroy -install it, update it, then scan your system.
