now i order new passport , and i want to know please i can application for new double visa in vientiane ???

You can of course try and chanches are you will get a new double entry, depending on how well they check their records. No gurantees though, but if denied you still might get a single entry or can go to Cabodia to apply there.

Yes. Double entry tourist visas that will give you 6 months are still being issued in Phnom Penh until March 31, 2011.
