My ninety days will run out soon but I will be living Thailand on holiday well before and coming back after the dead line what can I do so I don’t come back to a big fine?

What 90 days are you talking about? The 90 day address report is for people actually staying in Thailand 90 days or longer. If you exit that period sarts again upon re-entry. In your case no report is due, but if required in your situation be sure to get a re-entry permit, single 1,000 Baht, or multi-entry 3,800 Baht, that will keep your permission to stay valid.

presuming you have a 12 month extension of stay and you will be back before you have to apply for another extension , your 90 day report will begin again when you arrive back in Thailand ,,l think that is right ,, if not someone will correct me

cheers

The 90 day clock stops when you leave Thailand, so no 90 day report will be due.

The day you re-enter Thailand the 90 day clock starts again from day 1. You report 90 days after that and the stamps in your passport tells when your 90 days started.

I re-entered the country on the 7th of last month, I originally had to report on the 9th of this month, totally forgot. But as I read this I should be fine and do not have to report again till 90 days after the 7th of September. Is that correct?

I do not have any stamp in my passport which date I should report again.
