Rimmer Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 Bang Pra offers Songkran Festival alternative to Pattaya PATTAYA: -- A press conference on Wednesday announced an alternative Songran Festival for those who are looking to celebrate the Water Festival outside of Pattaya. Bang Pra is located approximately 40kms outside of Pattaya, towards Bangkok and Khun Somjeart, the Mayor of Bang Pra announced on Wednesday that they will be celebrating their Songkran Festival on 17th and 18th April.
