ukrules Posted March 24, 2011 Share Posted March 24, 2011 I didn't notice any shaking but my chair was 'wobbling' and I suddenly felt dizzy. Obviously the building was swaying, there was no noise or shudder like you normally get in an earthquake though. I'm on the 12th floor in Suk 23. The building definitely moved a bit.
