cleverD Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 My wife has recently arrived in the UK on a 6 month family visit visa with her 2 children,we were not in a financial position to apply for a settlement visa at the time as I am awaiting the outcome of a large High Court settlement.Assuming my financial circumstances change soon can we apply for a settlement visa whilst she is here on a family visit visa or must she return to Thailand to apply.She has already passed the new English test and presumably they can get a TB test done in the UK.Any help would be much appreciated.
