although i condem the attack, and absolutly sickening, the parents are also to blame here

It appeared the child’s parents were not at home and she had been left in the care of her 10 year old brother.

in the care of her 10 year old brother !!! , i see this 2 many times in thailand, young kids left to look after young kids......

Sure I agree, the parents shouldn't be leaving the child with a 10 year old, but I wouldnt say the parents are partly to blame.

The sick bastard that did it is to blame. I hope he get dealt with in prison by the prisoners.

Its a sick world we live in, that poor kids life is ruined.
