Policeman Accused Of Forced Oral/anal Sex

Policeman accused of forcing oral/anal sex

A bar waitress filed a complaint against police officers yesterday, one of whom she claimed had forced her to perform oral sex on him during a police operation in Sattahip district.

Nuanchan Dechanok, 23, a waitress at the Jae Su Karaoke Bar, filed a complaint against a police team from the Women's and Children's Protection Division who conducted a sting operation on September 15.

Lt-Colonel Nipon Pongsanam of Sattahip police station confirmed she had complained of being forced to conduct a lewd act against her will.

Nuanchan said that two men had come to the bar and one, identified only as "Monthien", had offered to buy her time out, given her Bt1,000 then taken

her to the Bonkai Resort and Hotel.

There, she said, Monthien, who had a gun, forced her into acts of oral and anal sex by threatening to hurt her if she resisted.

Then he presented himself as a police officer and arrested her for prostitution. Other police officers threatened her to discourage her from complaining.

She said she intended to file a complaint with children's and women's rights advocate MP Pavena Hongsakul.

The head of the police team, Major Kittipob Anuwongwarawet, said the operation followed a report that the bar was forcing women into prostitution.

He said he could not believe that the officer had forced her into oral sex, "although, if it's true, it's not against the law, as we've done [everything] within the framework of the law".

Royal Thai Police commander Maj-General Kamronwit Thoopkrajang said that police had nabbed Nuanchan at the hotel room when she handed the officer a condom.

Police later raided the bar and found three girls aged 14 to 16. Their parents were informed and asked to take them home. Another two women aged 21 and 23 were charged with prostitution. They confessed and were fined.

Kamronwit said he suspected that Nuanchan had a hidden agenda in making her charges because she had waited about a week before filing the complaint, though he would order an investigation and, if the officers had done anything against the law, they would be punished.

More chance of a prostitute being a virgin again than that happening. :o

Sadly it probably happens more often than is reported. :o

its not against the law? what the...??!!!

They paid her a 1000baht so what was she to expect, a dinner by candlelight?

What does that matter, if (as alleged) she was forced to have sex against her will isn't it rape?

Maybe you're right although I've never heard about a girl refusing sex after paying the barfine (plus some more).

Jeez meom not every girl is up for having her bunghole rootered.

It's not only the stiff arm of the law that we need to be concerned about........

I believe that occured prior to the rape assault and probably is the basis all undercover agents use to prove a prostitution case.

Just that in this case, as likely is common in many others, the policeman rather than stopping at that point and taking her into custody, decided to rape her.

how is rape not against the law?

how is rape not against the law?

The Brown Suit provides Immunity!!!! :o

so it took a week for her to file charges :D

maybe the cheque bounced , that counts as rape :o:D
