According to Pakistan's Express Tribune, official sources said the fighter jets targeted and destroyed several militant hideouts in the Tehsil Bezai area of Mohmand Agency, which is located in along the Afghan border in the country's western region. Following the bombings, Pakistani security forces seized a large cache of weapons in subsequent search operations. Last week, military operations in the region reportedly killed 30 Taliban militants in the same area, as repeated air strikes conducted by helicopter gunships and warplanes aim to eliminate Taliban forces. -- © BNO News All rights reserved 2011-04-13
