Have a look here Linky. Ignoring Egyptair, Aeroflot and Kuwait I have found Qatar and Etihad to be the cheapest for Business class singles however try the EVA website as well as they do have specials occasionally. As for returns I cant really comment.

Doesn't matter what the aircraft is like, the service is abysmal, the transfer in Cairo is a nightmare. If I am paying for business, that includes the service not just the flight. Personally I would rather fly economy direct to LHR than use business on Egyptair and yes unfortunately due to my job I have flown Egyptair several times.
