Those are off set in the same day by whole grains, fruits, protein, healthy fats, to minimize the UPF's impact. My Glucose was as high as 6.3 back in 2020, I think, so I've cut way back on my pastries, and glucose steadily droppd every year. Moderation to max with processed foods, relative to the past. No boxes or bags of in the house, as I know I have little will power to walk pass them in the kitchen. That aspect, there is little to no UPF in the house to tempt me. Best way to not eat them, is don't buy them, and only shop after eating, never when hungry. We don't buy many foods with labels, or with more than 4 or so ingredients.
