NOT possible to go from Soi Khao Talo onto Sukhumvit in direction North or onto Thepprasit. You will be redirected Southwards and take the 1st U-turn. From Thepprasit NOT possible to go into Soi Khao Talo. When the event finishes, there will be a lot of traffic. Junction Soi Khao Talo and Bypass Railway is packed with police. Let's just hope everything passes off peacefully. Two of the Khao Talo 'redshirts' have already been shot; one is in a critical condition in ICU.
