Finding Out Who Owns Land/Property

I have observed a property near my home in Bangkok that has been empty for over 2 years now.

Does anyone know how to find out who owns the land/property?

It has great redevelopment potential for rooms.apartments etc

go to the local land office with the address of the property and a brown envolpe and they will give you the details

adress/house number can be presented to your local Tessabaan, and they can state who owns building and land

or Chanote lands corner plugs numbers can be noted and presented to land office, who can finde title and thus name of owner
