A while ago I saw someone on here offering these services. Specialist advice on legals, tax and import duty etc.

I made a note of them as I knew I would need it soon, but have managed to lose it.

I am also interested in trade with other ASEAN and Asian countries.

The business will be selling industrial machinery that has many applications and uses patented new technology to make it truly market leading.

We understand the BOI process, but issues include whether or not we will manufacture there or import from EU. (And also any definitions of manufacture as opposed to assembly and the wider implications of this).

We are about to begin a careful fact finding mission in its own right, but the right consultant could add great value to us.

All recommendations gratefully received.
