Compared to all the elegant, well dressed, poised women at that wedding. She and her sister looked absolutely awful!! Who the hell suggested either of their outfits - which probably cost more money than all of us earn per year!! I laughed out loud when I saw that hat.

Toilet seat, definitely. Or the antlers of some extinct deer.

I think its quite quirky... Not something I would wear myself though. I guess she's just trying to get a little attention and recognition.
