I went in to re-schedule my flight today at the Cathay Pacific Office in Ploenchit and they couldn't find a flight after November 1.

They told me to go back home and phone Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong.

I pointed out they actually were Cathay Pacific. The fat girl just gave that incredulous......

"What you expect me to do some work??" look.

At which point I went ballistic. (Also taking the trouble to berate the Cathay frump at the next desk who was just being incredibly condescending to her Asian customer).

Anyway, it emerges the route has been cancelled.
