Ducati Monster 400 Reduced

Featured Replies

2005 Ducati Monster 400ie. 9900kms on the odo.

Just fully serviced (valves adjusted, timing belts, clutch, front/rear suspension rebuilt, spark plugs, new original handlebar) so it runs perfectly - even in the heat and looks to match it. Ideal learner bike, LAMS approved 33bhp.

165,000 baht.

Full invoice (but the bike was imported through K-speed and they can get a book for a price)

What do you do? Register it

Almost worthless - unless you want a cheap bike and want to register it yourself. Altogether a cheaper way to legally own such a good bike.

So, for the last year this bike has been used at a track - I was never worried about registering it and didn't have the money. I've spoken to K-speed a lot about Ducati M400's and the reason they don't register ANY M400's if because of the cost. Ducati's are not a mass market in Thailand, they are more a specialist market - so K-speed doesn't want to have a ton of M400's laying around, not being sold. Understandable.

I could upgrade from my 250.

How much to have to have it made fully legal with all books, plates etc? I presume you have inquired with the gov. depts to check the exact process and cost?

As this is the BIKES FOR SALE forum and not the pick apart someone else forum, I am closing this thread.

Please PM the member for any information on the bike.
