This site http://www.thailandin.com/thailand-travel-guide/how-to-apply-for-a-schengen-visa-in-thailand.html says ''All consulates of members of the Schengen area are allowed to issue Schengen visas. However, an applicant should file his/her application with the proper consulate'' So, going by that the answer is France, German and Austria. iainiain101 Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 A couple of years ago we needed to go to northern Italy, and it proved easier to fly into Germany and drive south as we could apply for a Schengen visa in Chiang Mai for Germany, but not Italy.
