Looking For A Garage/Workshop

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if there is anywhere I could rent a small garage or workshop? Size is not really important though I would prefer if close to the city.

Cheers,

GUANO

As a space for you to work? Just find a location that you like and lease the land and have a simple area built. There are a lot of empty lots all over the city. I couldn't imagine that a small 20 talang wah piece would cost more than 1-2K a month to rent. Unless you want full enclosure and AC it won't cost more than 100K to build a good workshop. I built a woodshop near our home. I have two of the walls built with removable panels so I can build large projects when needed.

Thanks for the reply newbie001. Ideally I would like to rent something already built or maybe even share a space. The most important things are cost and location. The space doesn't have to be large at all, 3m x 3m would be ok. Also I would be more than happy with just a light and electrical socket for a fan.

Maybe you can move into a house for 5k baht .

Thanks KRS1, that's plan B. Though I haven't seen many with garages near the city. Thanks

Im in the same predictament. I need some type of workspace, but all I need is something with a roof to shade me from the sun. I'll keep my tools inside except for my MIG. (once i get it)

Let me know if you find something you'd like to share.
