Hi,

I need to create a small and easy (I hope) flash application: map of france, when the user click on a region it opens a dedicated web page.

Do I need to go for Macromedia Flash Professional 8, or is there a small, easy to use freeware around which would allow me to do this in 5 minutes, not knowing anything about flash (ok, a little bit dreaming) ?
