Three year old child, his sister and mother hurt in Jomtien road accident

PATTAYA: -- A three year old child has been scarred for life in a single-vehicle road accident in Soi Watboon in Jomtien. The accident occurred early on Tuesday Morning as Khun Siriwan aged 38 was taking her 11 year old daughter to the Pattaya Floating Market where she is working over the summer holidays. Also on her motorbike was the three year old child who, along with his mother and sister, was not wearing a safety helmet. Khun Siriwan informed rescue workers that a dog came out in front of her bike, causing her to crash.

Another family scarred because parents don't have the brains to protect their children.

The main problem is Dibble when they are on Licence duty they don't enforce helmet wearing.

Signs are all over pattaya with a picture of a helmet saying 100% well it's about time that was truly enforced.

The poor kids will keep getting maimed because some Bufallo parents don't care about their kids enough.
