Royal Du Maroc

Featured Replies

I happened upon a website by some thai/norwegian guys about a new developement called Royal du Maroc. Apparently along at Chaiapreuk Road near the end of the ralway roads. Anyone heard of it, or the proprietors?

Nowhere near the end of the railway road, Charknok soi 17 is mostly swampland, a few vegatable plots and rice fields, i pass there at least twice a day and i have seen no signs or anything - must look closer tommorow morning!

Strange the intro page on their website says "in downtown Pattaya" hows that for a bit of creative marketing!!

Probably has a tremendous sea view also

Had a look this morning, you have to go inside soi Charknork 17, no signs for the development at the road end, however there is some action there, an excavator and a portacabin on site and it looks like it is all marked out with red posts, some workers there starting the boundary walls by the look of it. No signs at the site either.

If you carry on the Charknok 17 road it takes you back out on to the main Huay Yai road, but no signs for the development at that end either.

I think the Thai partner is Jack who owns The Pool Villa development in Takiantia , CCP Properties and formetly PBRL. He is quite well known in Pattaya

In that case, here are a set of directions for would be buyers

Head down Threppasit Road to the traffic lights at the T Junction

Turn right and proceed up the hill about 750 metres

Turn Right into Pattaya Court

You will surely be making that journey soon

I am wondering why the previous replies on this topic have been removed. Does anyone know any more about these people

A couple of borderline slanderous and off-topic posts have been deleted.
