Which are the Hospitals/Clinics that perform these and which is the best? Any link to any site presenting this information would be most appreciated. Sheryl Posted May 21, 2011 Share Posted May 21, 2011 The Thai refractive Surgery Center (TRSC) is far and away the best. Many satisfied patients on TV who had it done there including myself.
