Rimmer Posted May 24, 2011 Share Posted May 24, 2011 Theft at East Pattaya Clothes shop caught-on-camera PATTAYA: -- A man was caught on camera stealing a wallet from a clothes shop in Soi Kow Tha Low on Sunday. The crime was reported to Police on Monday Afternoon by the owner of the shop, Khun Ell, who gave over a copy of the tape which showed the man, approximately 175cms in height entering the shop.
