June 7, 201114 yr I want to install a security system in our new house and, other than the merchants selling what at least look like self install bargain basement units and CCTV in Panthip and the computer buildings, haven't come across any specialists. From previous experience, not only are decent hardware and proper installation paramount, but ongoing service when the false alarms start is also key as you can quickly get to the point of losing confidence in the system and sods law says that about the third time you do that the bad guys will be in there loading your treasures into their pick up. Suggestions for local suppliers appreciated.
June 7, 201114 yr I have 4 cameras outside and inside my house that I can swivel around from my office. I had it installed about 5 years ago. It is hooked up to a machine so I can watch all of the cameras from my office and my bedroom. As it is, it will record everything that moves on an 80 gigabyte hard drive. It cost about 50,000 baht as I recall. It works great for my needs

I spent about 55K, but it has paid itself back in the 4 years since installation. Also,their after-installation service is brilliant. Don't fool around when it comes to your home security:I prefer a "complete peace-of-mind" !
