About 5 times a year, we get called to see a pool that has been drained and abandoned either for months, or for years. Reasons for being abandoned vary, including possible leaking, cracking, tiles falling off, etc. Many owners are distressed, assuming the worst that the pool cannot be fixed. This note is simply to let you know that we have NEVER seen a pool that cannot be fixed. Even with visible catastrophic damage, all pools can be repaired. This includes pools that appear to be sinking due to insufficient piling support. Just recently, we completed just such a project and thought we would send along the customer's comments here.

I have recently had my pool renovated by The Pool Doctors of Thailand and have been very happy with the job. I had the pool completely guttered and re-tiled, a salt chlorination system installed, the systems tested, steps installed and the surrounding patio tiled. The work was performed within time and several changes in specification were accommodated well by the team. I am very happy with the results. You tend to get what you pay for and my impression is of a solid job which will last. I can recommend this service to anyone – please contact me on [email protected] for any further details.

I have a lot of problems with the wall pool tiles of a pool I inherited from a previous owner. I have just scrubbed clean the tiles, refilled my pool with fresh water and after two weeks, the tiles are turning yellow again. Would your pool doctor know what to do?
