Out of curiosity I went on the Victoria's Secret website yesterday to see if they can now ship to me here, and to my delight they CAN! Their bras and undies are much better quality and fit than anything I can find in Thailand, worth the expense I think.

Yeeha! Now, can I count on actually receiving a package if I place an order? I have read much that discourages me from using Thai post for receiving packages. Is it any better out in Korat than in Bangkok? Does VS ship Federal Express? Is there a FedEx center in Korat?

Victoria's Secret, at least in America, is really good about lost packages. A couple of times in the past I did not receive a package, called them, and they sent out a new one free of charge. Then I actually received the missing package and the new one. Called them, they said keep them both! No charge. I am sure they must have thought about unreliable post before offering international service.

I think they have this serivce a long time ago. I had a friend ordered Victoria's Secret since a few years back - I even was looking those new catalogues with her - which was shipped monthly (if I don't remember it wrong) here in Bangkok!

i tried in april to get them to ship to me here and they did not offer the service then.

I have ordered from Victoria Secrets several times for my wife. We have never had a problem with package delivery – VS does use either FedEx or UPS. We have even had the driver call to confirm he was coming to deliver the package here in Bangkok.

On the down side you do have to pay a pretty steep import tax/duty. You pay this to the driver when they deliver the package, and they give you a receipt for these duties/taxes.

But ever since we changed our address to Thailand we have not received any catalogs. When we lived in Japan we received the catalogs on a regular basis.
