So I was correct, in that the Constitution does not give people the right to camp out on the sidewalk. Neither does it give people the right to harass other people. You said specifically that you did not want to pay to help them. My response was that we are already paying for them. I meant we as a society, and made no claim that there was no cost to me personally, but of course there is.
