Am looking to find a place to stay where they have rooms with private hot spring baths. The missus and I thought we could have some fun!

Have found Pai Hot Springs Spa Resort but it seems to get mixed reviews.

Anyone know of other places that meet our needs in Thailand / South East Asia?

Try searching around the san kamphaeng hot springs(Chiang Mai). Last time I was there they had built and were building resorts boasting private springs access.

i could not remember the names given to the places,

but we did enjoy ourselves soaking it up....

around hua hin and trang....

both places were totally devoided of any farang....

the price was 100 baht.... each....

and both places were totally heavenly....
