afarang
, "If I get there?" you really are a bit green around the gills aren't you?. Jetstar is the low price off shoot of QANTAS.As such yes ,an excellent air line, flying very modern aircraft My family have flown with them quite often. No problems. They do take special care of passengers who do not speak much English and have never flown before. I have known them to escort passengers from the International Departures door , through Customs ,Immigration, and onto the plane .and the same procedure on arrival in Oz. No wucking furries ,mate ,you will do well, and surprise ,surprise ,you will arrive safe and sound Edited June 30, 2011 by afarang
WilliaminBKK
I would be worried about the other passengers 555 Passener urinating on fellow passengers on Jetstar http://www.flightcentric.com/FC/FCNews/Jetstar-lets-man-off-for-urinating-on-passengers-1400.aspx

Berek
Flown once and never again. Drunken yobs with no respect for other passengers. $25 for a coffee and a sandwich doesn't make it much value. You could do better I'm sure with price too.

TPI
Do yourself a favour....spend the extra money and go on a REAL airline, If the seats were any closer together you wouldn't be able to lower the table, as it is, leather seats do not make up for the terrible food, the expensive soft drinks or the "plug in" entertainment modules! If you're Thai you might have just enough room to put on your seatbelt & God help you if you get a window or middle seat! I flew with them a dozen times before I woke up to the fact that sitting in an aircraft for 9-1\2 hours, sitting in a seat that you can't adjust back, that's right, vertical all the way! is not worth the few dollars you save! tfc
Wow, I got a flight with Jetstar from BKK- MEL in May for 5,500 BHT including 20 kg baggage. Slightly bigger seats than air asia. Food more expensive but I filled up at the stores in BKK. Big plus was that it was direct from BKK to MEL vs Air Asia which stopped in KL. I would have thought that you could get a much better price than 23,100Bt - this must be a return ticket right? Otherwise you should even look at Malaysian Airlines. Hi tfc ,,, yeah its a return flight ,, l thought the price was OK and its direct ,,, which is worth a few bucks l think , ,,, ,, l flew BK to Bris in April with AirAsia ,, that was 16,000Bt return ,, l should have searched a bit more ,,,, but still cheap enuff l travelled with Malaysian Airlines a few years ago ,,, they left me stranded at Brisbane airport for over 12 hours and caused me to miss connecting flights ,that ended up costing me nearly as much as the return flight ,,, and their letter for compensation wasn't worth a pinch of shit ,,,, l vowed l would never fly with them again ,,,BUT ,,, never say never thanks for that cheers egg
Atmos
Jetstar complainers fly straight to website Sunday Aug 28, 2011 Disappointed Jetstar customers are going online to vent their frustrations with the budget airline. Dontflyjetstar.com has received hundreds of complaints, including bad customer service, crushed luggage and pilots being made redundant to cut costs. Central Otago man Barrie Wills, 59, said he spent two months trying to get a refund after Jetstar charged his credit card three times for one booking. Wills thought that dontflyjetstar.com was a joke until it provided him with key Jetstar contacts who resolved the issue. read more

Atmos
^ the man who died on the flight - can hardly hold Jetstar responsible for that one, choking on food could occur anywhere. Tragic, but not a fault of the airline.
