Music Downloads

Featured Replies

I used to download a lot of 1950's& 60's music from Limewire...no problems...but limewire no longer exists.

For all sorts of reasons my music collection no longer exists so with a new computer on the horizon I will be wanting to find a new site to begin again..

I dont want to get involved with Itunes.

Suggestions please

Limetorrents.com

torrentstate.com

Sometimes finding the music you like can be a real problem here in Thailand if your not into

the "top 40" tunes.

I've been using 'blogspots' to find and download the music I enjoy for the past few years.

for example: I'm a fan of blues music and get a lot of my music from here.................

http://thebluescolle...e.blogspot.com/ this site also leads me to other Blues blogspots too.

if you want to find some 50's or 60's style music, you might be able to find it here:

good luck with your search and keep on rockin'!!!!!!

Google works well to search torrents e.g. (search term) :torrent So to search for the Beatles you would put this in google, the beatles :torrent

Frost wire, The new Limewire

If you don't need high kbps, you can build up a large collection of tunes quickly and conveniently by just recording from internet radio stations. They play some very good stuff.

Blogs are definitely one of the best sources.

Just google [ALBUM] or [ARTIST] name + blogspot or iTunes AAC.

Demonoid has a very reasonable selection of music, quite a bit of it in FLAC.

The absolute ultimate music collection joy can be found at What.CD or Waffles, but you'll need to be invited to either site (you can also interview for What.CD, let me know if you're really interested and I'll give you details of how you can do this).

I suggest download this tool http://convivea.com/product.php?id=2 just enter a title and it finds the best torrents from various torrent sites. Upgrade via a donation adds the option 'music, movie, book' etc. but it works without.

Souleek is a cracking little program that is reminiscent of the Napster of old. I've found some really obscure music on there, new and old.

Its free, but I'd be inclined to bung them a few bob for such a good effort.

wwwdotwarez-bbdotorg no torrents.

Hope you are keeping well,

All the Best,
