CLIENT SERVICE EXECUTIVE– EVENT ORGANIZER

The Client Service Executive will report to the organization’s Group Account Director and assist in a variety of coordination and management roles in a marketing services agency. This will involve managing creative and implementation teams, sourcing and managing outsourced service companies to a high degree of service standards and strict timelines. Additionally the Client Service Executive will be required to meet client’s occasionally with the organizations sales & marketing teams to gain a better understanding of the client needs to ensure implementation is followed correctly to the client’s specifications. The successful candidate will be continually multitasking and dealing with internal and external parties of a wide degree of levels and backgrounds and communication will be crucial to the success of the sought after Project Manger

The Client Service Executive will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 2+ years of working experience gained preferably within multinational marketing services agency overseeing below the line marketing activities. The Client Service Executive will have a strong background managing below-the-line marketing actives either in a client service or strategic capacity, and be able to handle various aspects of continual activities that the position will manage. The successful candidate will also have good English communication abilities, a high degree of initiative and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
